-Store keeper should manage inventory including tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of the items that leave and come into the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and extract spare parts as per the barcode provided by the Maintenance Manager and gives it to the Technicians

·         Receive all purchased items/shipments while checking and reviewing lists and allocating items in the stock.

·         Report all missing or damaged items as per the policies provided

·         Collect and manage the maintenance documents related to clients along with collecting receipts and providing them to Maintenance Manager

·         Coordinate and fill an excel sheet with the Technicians about the items on consignment available in the cars and perform a count every two days depending on the workload

·         Coordinate on internal transfers

·         Enter purchase details (vendors’ information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases

·         Track shipments and address any delays

·         Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items

·         Coordinate and assist during inventory counts

·         Keep updated inventory records including daily shipments

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

•Perform periodic Inventory count and report any discrepancy to the Stock Controller by reconciling the physical and system stock balances

•Scan the barcode on the items that need to be extracted based on the delivery orders

•Stock details, scan the items coming into the warehouse and assign location

•Verify accuracy of counts, paperwork and labels

•Assist in loading and unloading trucks when needed

•Keep warehouse neat, orderly and organized

•Carry out duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Stock Controller

Qualifications:

•BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration

•Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

•Strong organizational and time management skills

•Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
